Firstly, check your junk and spam folders in your inbox as sometimes our e-mails can end up in the wrong folder.
If you have paid by Apple Pay or PayPal, your tickets may have gone to the email address that those accounts were created under which may be different to your main inbox, so please check there.
If you still do not have the e-mail please click this link here to access your tickets and booking details. Please remember to enter the email address and telephone number used to make your booking. (Your telephone number must be entered in the same format used when making your booking including any country code if used).
If this is still unsuccessful, simply bring along the card you made the payment with and some photographic ID. The team onsite will be able to locate your order and issue the tickets.
If unfortunately you don't have the reference number, then complete one of our forms here and a member of the team can confirm your order and resend the e-mail confirmation.
