Don’t worry if you don’t have the card used to make the purchase.
If you need to find your tickets with us on-site, then if you can provide any of the below details to our team on the tills, they will be able to have a deeper look for your booking:
- The name used on the booking
- The email address used on the booking
- The date and estimated time you made the booking
- The last 4 digits of the card used to make the booking (If PayPal was used then the email address that the account is set up with)
