Unfortunately mobility scooters are not permitted onto the London Eye River Cruise. Standard size wheelchairs are permitted.
You can hire a wheelchair at the customer service desk inside our ticket office in County Hall. Please note that this service is provided on a 'first come first served' basis, is subject to availability and you may be asked to pay a deposit of £200.00 using a credit card. Wheelchairs cannot be pre-booked. These wheelchairs are for use solely at the London Eye and River Cruise for the duration of the experience and cannot be taken off site.
Please be aware that to guarantee boarding onto the London Eye or River Cruise if you are a wheelchair user, we strongly advise you to book a Wheelchair time slot.
