Booking Portal is a system that allows you to manage and amend your booking/s (terms and conditions apply).
Through this you will be able to change the time and date of the attraction(s) you have booked. It is accessible via the link on your email confirmation or via the login page here.*
This is a crucial tool if you have booked a multi-attraction ticket as when purchasing one of these, the initial time you select is just for one attraction. After the purchase is made, you will then NEED to log into the booking portal in order to book a time you will visit the rest of the attractions you have purchased. This is subject to availability and you will have up to 90 days of the first attractions you visit to book in a time to visit the rest.
You MUST have a timeslot for an attraction before you visit it.
