With a printed ticket you do not need to come to the ticket office. Please join the outside boarding queue with your Print@Home ticket. If it is raining, please ensure that you keep your ticket dry, in order to prevent delays such as having to get your tickets reprinted in our ticket office. You can also scan your ticket directly from your phone or tablet.
Self Service Kiosks
We have ticket dispensing machines located in our ticket offices that are a fast method of ticket collection for online bookings. Please bring your booking order number (9 digits) and the payment card used for your booking to the machine and enter it to collect your ticket.. Please DO NOT use these machines if you have booked a VIP Experience or a Private Pod, please check in at the VIP Experiences Desk.
If you need to speak with a member of our team when collecting pre-paid standard or combination tickets, please join the Ticket Collection line inside the Ticket Office. Please allow 30 minutes for collection, times will increase during weekends and peak/holiday season.
VIP Experiences Desk
If you are arriving for a special experience (e.g. Private Pod, Champagne Experience), please go directly to the VIP Experiences Desk. You will need to check-in 15 minutes before your experience.
Our Ticket Office has a range of facilities, such as Self-Serve Ticket Kiosks, team-assisted Sales Points and a dedicated Customer Service desk with a Disability Assistance Sales Point.
