With a printed ticket you do not need to come to the ticket office. Please join the outside boarding queue with your Print@Home ticket. If it is raining, please ensure that you keep your ticket dry, in order to prevent delays such as having to get your tickets reprinted in our ticket office.
Ticket Dispensing Machines (TDM)
We have new ticket dispensing machines located in our ticket offices that are a fast method of ticket collection for online bookings. Please bring your booking order number and the payment card used for your booking to the machine and enter it to collect your ticket. Please be aware that bookings made with AMEX cards cannot be collected from these machines. Please DO NOT use these machines if you have booked Special Tickets or a Private Capsule, please check in at the Priority Desk.
If you need to speak with a member of our team when collecting pre-paid standard or combination tickets, please join the Ticket Collection line inside the Ticket Office. Please allow 30 minutes for collection, times will increase during weekends and peak/holiday season.
Fast Track Desk
If you have pre-paid Fast Track tickets and do not wish to use the collection machines, please join the fast track line. Please allow 15 minutes for collection, times will increase during weekends and peak/holiday season.
If you are arriving for a special experience (e.g. Private Capsule, Champagne Experience), please go directly to the Priority Desk. You will need to check-in 45 minutes before your experience.
Merlin Annual Pass
If you are collecting an Annual Pass please ensure you have available all required documentation. Please go to the external Fast Track kiosk to collect your passes. Please allow around 10 minutes for the processing of each pass, with an initial queue time of approximatley 15 minutes. Times will increase during weekends and peak/holiday season.
Please allow a further 15 minutes if you would like to see the 4D Cinema Experience before enjoying the Coca-Cola London Eye.
