Yes, you can upgrade your tickets onsite at the London Eye, subject to availability. We offer the following upgrade options at the Ticket Office:
- Standard ticket to a Fast Track ticket
- Standard ticket to a Champagne Experience
- Fast Track ticket to a Champagne Experience
During peak periods such as weekends and schools holidays these ticket types may be limited.
For our Champagne Experience guests, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your chosen time slot to check in at the VIP Desk inside the Ticket Office.
Please be advised we strongly advise our guests to pre-book their tickets online to avoid disappointment.
