If you have booked all your tickets across multiple orders, that is okay! So long as you bring all the tickets with you that you are going to use on the day then it doesn’t matter how many orders you have made.
If there has been an error or mistake with the booking, then please follow the guidelines below:
If you have booked too many tickets or accidentally purchased two orders when you wanted one, then please pop into our ticket office located in the County Hall building next to The London Eye and our team in there will be able to assist you.
If you have made one order but been charged twice, please complete a form here and a member of our team will investigate and contact you to resolve. In order to assist our team in finding your payment/extra bookings, please provide these extra details:
- The name used on the booking
- The email address used on the booking
- The date and estimated time you made the booking
- The last 4 digits of the card used to make the booking (If PayPal was used then the email address that the account is set up with)
