We have two boarding queues at the London Eye. Your ticket type will indicate which entrance you will use. Please have your ticket to hand before joining the queue.
Please enter the queue line through the pink tent at the front of the London Eye. A host will then help you enter either the Standard or Fast Track queue lines.
Tickets for our VIP Experiences will include Fast Track entry accompanied by a London Eye host. Please visit the VIP Experiences desk located within the ticket office to collect your tickets and wait for your host to accompany you onto the London Eye.
