The London Eye is designed to operate safely in almost all weather conditions, although occasionally – mainly due to the comfort of guests, we may decide to close the wheel. Weather conditions and wind speeds are constantly monitored within our ride control area and therefore if there are high winds/severe weather conditions, we may make the decision to temporarily close the London Eye.
In the event the London Eye should be closed due to bad weather, please contact our Guest Experience Team to re-schedule your visit. To contact the team, please email guest.services@londoneye.com and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
For up to date operational information, please keep an eye on our website www.londoneye.com or contact our team, either by Twitter (@TheLondonEye) or by email at guest.services@londoneye.com
Please be advised we strongly advise guests to pre-book online, and check the website for opening times ahead of their visit to avoid disappointment.
