Yes, we can accommodate for all mobility requirements.
We can allow wheelchairs of up to 94cm width onto The London Eye and 83cm width on The River Cruise.
Due to health and safety we are only permitted to allow entry to two wheelchair users per pod and eight on The London Eye at any one time. For the London Eye River Cruise, a maximum of three wheelchairs per cruise can be accommodated. Therefore to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance.

Please note: Between 12th January - 13th February 2025, the London Eye River Cruise will be using a replacement vessel due to essential maintenance. Unfortunately, this does not have lift and therefore is currently not accessible to wheelchair users. We apologise for any inconvenience. City Cruises and Clippers services will be operating as usual.
