Your ticket indicates the time you should arrive and join the queue.
Please refrain from arriving before your designated time slot, as entry into the queue will not be permitted until then.
There's a 15-minute grace period, so if you arrive within this timeframe, please proceed to the queue.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, kindly head to the admissions team who will assist you in getting into the next available time slot. We are unable to allow entry onto the London Eye after our last admission time.
Please be aware that there may be a queue to board, and the wait time will vary depending on the day and time of your visit.
During less busy days, we recommend expecting wait times of about 20 to 30 minutes for Standard tickets and 5 to 10 minutes for Fast Track tickets. However, during peak periods, these wait times can extend to an hour or more.
