Please note that the time indicated on your ticket is when you will start queuing.
During the online booking process, you will need to select a specific time slot. This is the time you will enter the queue for the London Eye, not the time you will board. We recommend allowing approximately 10 minutes to get through the Fast Track queue; however, please be aware that wait times may vary depending on the day of the week and time of year.
While we strongly advise booking your tickets online to avoid waiting in line, if you prefer to purchase them at our ticket office, please allow an additional 15 minutes in case our staff are attending to other customers.
