Standard Tickets allow you entry to the London Eye. Ticket holders enter via the Standard entrance.

Please be aware that the time on your ticket is the time that you will begin queueing
During the online booking process, you will be asked to book a specific time slot. This is the time you will gain entry into the queue line for the London Eye, rather than the time you will board. We suggest to allow around 30 minutes for a standard ticket to complete the queue line, and around 10 minutes for a fast track ticket (this queue times may vary depending the day of the week and time of the year)
We strongly recommend you book your tickets online to avoid queues. However, if you’d like to book your ticket at our ticket office, please allow 15 minutes in case our staff are busy with other customers.
