Buggies and pushchairs (these must be folded down before joining the boarding queue and kept closed until guests have left the attraction - alternatively, they can be stored free of charge in the London Eye Ticket Office left luggage).
Baby Carriers (suitable for up to 32lbs) are available to hire for a £10 refundable deposit (subject to availability).
Small bags including backpacks, briefcases, laptop bags and baby bags. (maximum size 46cm x 33cm x 20cm).
Large bags or suitcases are not permitted; however we do have a left luggage facility in our ticket office. There is a £5 charge per item up until our closing time on the same day or £25 if left overnight.
- Drinking water. It is not possible to bring any other food and beverages onboard unless as part of a VIP experience. If you have a medical condition that means you need to bring food onto the London Eye with you, please inform us in advance so that our security teams are aware.
- Cameras are permitted onto the London Eye, however recording devices and tripods are not. If you are looking to capture promotional footage, you must get express permission from our Duty Managers before filming.
Assistance dogs are allowed onto The London Eye. Please note that other pets and/or emotional support animals are not permitted onboard.
In the interests of safety and security certain articles are prohibited from being taken onto the London Eye.
- Any item deemed to be a weapon (Knives, Explosives, guns, tasers, pepper sprays, toy or replica guns)
- Sharp objects or anything which may be considered a security risk including knives, penknives, scissors, corkscrews
- Fireworks and/or smoke bombs
- Illegal substances and/or legal highs
- Skateboards, scooters, e-scooters, bikes and rollerblades
- Drones
- Musical instruments unless previously approved through The London Eye’s Press/Marketing team.
- Banners, balloons, and flags
If such objects are found or declared they will be checked in and returned to you after your experience providing the item is legal in the UK.
