Boarding The London Eye will involve some queuing and we have two boarding entrances, your ticket type will indicate which one you will use.
Please have your ticket to hand before joining the queue. Should you have any queries about where to go, one of our team members will be more than happy to assist you.
During peak periods such as weekends and school holidays, guests may experience longer waiting times.
You can upgrade your tickets to Fast Track onsite with a member of our team.
The safety and security of our guests and team is our top priority.
As a result, we have security checks taking place prior to boarding the London Eye. This necessary action may cause a small delay and we appreciate your co-operation.
Bags and belongings will be searched and screened before being allowed in. This is to ensure prohibited items are not brought on to The London Eye.
The area directly outside the attraction is a public space, we do everything possible to ensure that our entrance is clear and managed by our team at all times.
The main footpath is regularly patrolled by the Metropolitan Police, and foot traffic is monitored and controlled by a private security agency in conjunction with County Hall Management. Please rest assured that the area in question has a strong security presence 24 hours a day and the safety of our guests is our top priority.
