We can accommodate for mobility requirements and are happy to assist elderly or disabled guests.
Wheelchairs/Mobility Scooters:
- Each pod on the London Eye can accommodate up to two wheelchair users, with a total of eight allowed on the London Eye at any given time. For the London Eye River Cruise, a maximum of three wheelchairs per cruise can be accommodated.
- Our boarding ramp, boarding gates and pods can facilitate a 37in/94cm wheelchair, motorised wheelchair or mobility scooter.

- Please note that whilst we are able to make on the day wheelchair bookings, this is dependent on availability and we highly recommend pre-booking.
Assistance Dogs:
- We request that your dog is clearly identifiable as a working dog. Please be aware that there may be a small delay to boarding to ensure that your dog is as comfortable as possible.
If a guest provides documentation confirming their inability to queue, our admissions team is ready to help them board as quickly as possible.
To prevent any disappointment, please make sure to bring the appropriate documents with you on the day of your visit.
