We're sorry you are struggling to check out. Payments can fail when the information provided at checkout does not match that which is held by your bank.
On occasions, a payment fails online due to additional security checks not being passed. Your bank initially approves the money in your account, but because the booking did not process we would not take the money. You do not need to take any action, simply monitor your account and you will soon see the transaction disappear.
If you are completing your transaction online through the London Eye website and having problems submitting your booking or payment, we recommend clearing your browser history and cache so that you can start again.
Complete the booking process again, adding the relevant tickets to your basket. Please follow the steps to complete your booking and transaction. If you continue to experience problems, please make a note of any error codes and where in the booking journey you experienced problems.
If you have made one order but been charged twice please contact us and provide the following details:
- The name used on the booking
- The email address used on the booking
- The date and estimated time you made the booking
- The last 4 digits of the card used to make the booking (If PayPal was used then the email address that the account is set up with)
