London Eye - The timeslot on your ticket is the time when you will be asked to select a date and time for your flight on the London Eye. If you are running late, not to worry our admissions team will allow your party entry on the next available time slot.

River Cruise - The time on your ticket is the departure time of the cruise. Please arrive at boarding point 2 on the pier at least 15 minutes before your scheduled River Cruise departure.
Please be aware that the cruise will depart punctually as scheduled, late arrivals will not be accommodated. Tickets are purchased on a non refundable basis, if you miss your River Cruise, subject to availability, we will move you to a late cruise, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
