Order numbers starting with a number (usually a 6). If your order number begins with a number, you can change your ticket dates through the My Account Portal mentioned in your e-ticket.
- Manage Your Booking: You can change your ticket dates through the link to manage my booking mentioned on your e-ticket or by navigating to manage your booking on our website. (Plan your visit - Manage your booking - Inputting your order number and email address)
- Rescheduling Window: You can modify your ticket date up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Timing Flexibility: You can adjust the time of your booking up to 1 hour prior to your original time.
- Terms of Rescheduling: You’re allowed to reschedule your visit for a comparable date within 90 days of the original date, up to three times**, provided the original date has not yet passed.
- Date Eligibility: You can only change to dates that match the terms of your original ticket; for example, if you purchased a weekday ticket, you cannot switch to a weekend or higher-priced date.
- Availability: Date and time availability is updated live and can change based on ticket sales. Even if a date is eligible for rescheduling, it may be sold out, so it’s best to act quickly.
**Ticket Restrictions: Some promotional tickets may be non-exchangeable, and the ability to change dates depends on the specific terms and conditions of your ticket type.
